Sunday Circle is where fun and friendship come to life! Members of all abilities buddy up with awesome high school volunteers for an action-packed afternoon filled with sports in the gym, crafts, music, specialty instructors, rotating featured activities, access to a quiet sensory space, and more.

Every Sunday is a chance to have a blast, make memories, and build lasting friendships.

This weekly program brings meaningful connection right to your home. Every week, two dedicated teen volunteers visit your child, creating a warm and joyful environment filled with companionship, laughter, and fun. Friends @ Home is designed to offer your child enriching experiences in the comfort of familiar surroundings. At the same time, our volunteers gain invaluable insights into the power of friendship and the joy of giving back. Choose the day and time that works best for your family, and let us bring the magic of friendship to you.

At Friendship Circle Day Camp, kids of all abilities have their school breaks transformed into a fun- and friend-filled camp experience! Packed with daily field trips, art, music, sports, special performances and more, FC day camp is where friendships blossom, and memories are made!

Throughout the year Friendship Circle provides family holiday inspiration and fun! Celebrate Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot, Chanukah, Purim and more. At FC holiday programs children, siblings, parents and volunteers come together to share memorable holiday experiences that will leave a lasting impression!

Every child's big day is a big deal at Friendship Circle! Each child receives a festive birthday package in the mail in honor of their special day!

Every child should have the opportunity to experience the joy of Judaism, build confidence in their Jewish identity, and develop a meaningful connection to Jewish life.

Through engaging, hands-on Jewish learning, children can explore:

The Hebrew Alef-Bet | Prayers and Jewish songs | Jewish holidays and traditions | Mitzvot and Jewish values | Torah stories and lessons | Creative projects, crafts, games, and experiential activities

Two learning options are available designed to meet each child where they are:

Option 1 - Hebrew School with 1:1 Support

Children can join the Chabad Hebrew School in an inclusive classroom alongside neurotypical peers, while receiving dedicated 1:1 support from an experienced assistant.

The assistant helps each child participate in the classroom, engage with the curriculum, and receive the individualized support they need throughout the session.

Mondays | 3:30-5:30 PM

$4000/year | 27 sessions

Scholarships are available as needed, and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Option 2 - Individualized Jewish Learning

For children who would benefit from a more individualized learning environment, we offer a personalized Jewish learning plan tailored to each child’s abilities, interests, learning style, and goals.

Learning can take place 1:1 or in a small-group setting, with lessons and activities adapted to help each child learn, participate, and build a positive connection to Judaism at their own pace. 

Cost will be determined based on the individual structure and frequency

Please note: Every child is different, and not every learning environment will be the right fit for every child. Our team will work together with each family to determine the setting and level of support that will best allow their child to participate successfully and have a positive Jewish learning experience. Program placement is based on each child’s individual needs and the level of support we are able to appropriately provide.

The highlight of our year! Join thousands from across the NYC community in a tremendous display of spirit and unity as we walk through the streets of the Upper East Side. Together, we'll raise awareness and funds for Friendship Circle NYC and our beloved community of kids, teens, and adults of diverse abilities.
